40 hours/week, for one year, remote, UCLA will provide a laptop and other required equipment. Locals are required to go office once a month.

Duties: Manages the day-to-day operations associated with electronic invoicing methods. Implements new vendors, monitors usage, audits transactions, and processes electronic invoices. Performs regular reviews of transactions to determine accuracy and ensure that adequate controls are in place. Perform outreach to convert vendors from non-electronic to electronic invoicing. Address customer service inquiries for vendors with questions regarding electronic invoicing set-up. Apply proper policy, procedures, and coding while processing payments, including requirements for contracts, leases, and other specialized payments.

Required skills: skill in analyzing information, identifying problems, and finding solutions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to enter data and utilize spreadsheets.

Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
