Diversified Systems, Inc. Hiring for Healthcare Claims Customer Service Rep at Remote Full Time

Customer Service Representatives (Healthcare)
100% Remote Work – Eastern and Central Time Zones Only

Diversified Systems is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives with previous call center experience in the Insurance Claims experience, especially healthcare insurance claims.

Job Functions:

• Taking provider phone calls – queue based
• Processing paperwork as needed
• Researching complex issues that are not able to be resolved during a call
• Other tasks as designated by a Team Lead and/or Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare insurance claims
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with callers and team members
• Good communications skills – must be articulate
• Previous call center experience
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret basic to moderate documents such as operating instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
• Must have the proper remote working environment free from disruptions

We are currently training in a work at home environment, and you will be required to have reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired connection. A mobile or hot spot environment is not acceptable. You may need an Ethernet cord to connect depending on your current set up.

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
