DMO Solutions Looking for SOLIDWORKS Application Engineer at Silverdale, Auckland Full Time

We’re looking for a technical person to join our SOLIDWORKS technical team to provide comprehensive Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Technical Support – technical support (including after-hours if required), implementations, demonstrations, training, product positioning, and competitive overviews. As we’re a small team in a high-growth mode, you’ll be able to grow and gain experience across multiple product areas from Dassault Systèmes – CAD, 3DEXPERIENCE, PDM, Simulation and more.

You may be an Engineering graduate, or you might have lots of industry experience. In either case we will provide you with certification training as required. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for your accounts, and support DMO’s sales team as they liaise with potential customers.

Skills and Experience:

If you have experience in any of the following areas this will be advantageous:

• Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, PDM, Simulation and any other SOLIDWORKS products or similar
• Mechanical design experience with emphasis on product design and assemblys (especially in the manufacturing industry)
• Understanding of Engineering and Mechanical design processes and terms
• Understanding of solution selling and the technical sales process

You’ll work from our office in Silverdale, Auckland. Your salary will be commensurate with your qualifications and work experience. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand and a current NZ driver’s licence and regular access to a vehicle to apply for this job.
