Doctor Disability Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Job Description:

Doctor’s Financial Network (DBA DoctorDisability) is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, task oriented, cheerful, superstar to work in our new client application department. You must be energetic, client focused, organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills. This is a job for someone who thrives on to-do lists. This role is not a sales position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the disability insurance application process for new applicants
• Respond to 50+ emails/day with love and enthusiasm
• Solve multiple client and underwriting issues
• Perform administrative related tasks as necessary
• Make each applicant feel like they are the most important person in the world

Requirements

• Takes ownership of the role – does not need to be tightly managed
• Must be very organized, have excellent documentation skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• A great communicator – both written and verbal. 80% of communication is through email/texts and 20% over the phone
• Great at customer service, light hearted and friendly
• A seasoned individual who has experience with difficult situations. When a client expresses frustration or we dropped the ball, the person knows how to first take responsibility and second get the problem solved. They are resourceful.
• Basic computer skills (G-mail, Word, Adobe, etc.) and typing at 40+ wpm.
• Track record of success in prior academic and/or career endeavors.
• Impeccable ethics and integrity.
• Insurance underwriting experience OR a Bachelor’s degree
