Salary Grade: Level C on the MSF Canada Salary Grid, $ $68,109 per annum

Impact Statement
The Recruitment Officer (RO) develops and implements recruitment strategies in collaboration with other ROs and members of other departments of MSF Canada. The RO assesses and adapts strategies according to results and changing operational needs. The RO is involved in the attraction (outreach and talent acquisition), selection (screening, interviewing, and recruiting) and preparation (delivering and preparing predeparture training sessions) and refers job candidates for openings in MSF’s humanitarian medical projects.
The RO champions Responsible Behavior and Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) as part of a movement wide priorities.
