Health Service Management & Leadership Teacher required
Starting: Tuesday 27th September 2022.(50 Hour Module) The course is held over one evening a week from 6.30 – 9.30 p.m. + 2 saturdays.

Requirements
Experienced Health Care Professional (Nurse or Medical with Administrative experience) (Notes provided)

2 years Training/Teaching Experience
Excellent Communication skills

Module details

The course is designed for aspiring or middle managers looking to develop their personal skills and develop managerial competencies. This course is open to all disciplines working in healthcare clinical and nonclinical.

The programme uses individual exercises, group discussions, formal presentations to help learners develop skills in the areas of communication, teamwork, influencing, strategic thinking, planning, and organising in healthcare.

The programme will also give an introduction to the Agile approach and techniques and how they can be used to foster innovation.

Personal Leadership & Project Management
Leadership & Communication
Leadership & Change Management
Facilitating Group Meetings
Leadership and 360 Evaluations

Assessment Method
Each module is accessed through a variety of different methods including assignments, examinations, projects and practical skills demonstrations.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 11 weeks
Part-time hours: 3 per week

Salary: €50.00 per hour
