Link Cook

• Work with Restaurant manage to ensure proper communication with team members
• Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and exceed customer expeactations
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast paced kitchen required.
• Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques.

Prep Master

• Display ability to efficiently work all designated stations
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking
• Inspect foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage of items that meet local health department standards.

Dishwashers

• Keeps the kitchen running smooth and spotless
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed.
• Inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix and properly set up dish machine
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
