DOZR Looking for Accounts Payable Intern at Kitchener, ON Full Time

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of busy team. As a Accounts Payable Intern you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team. We believe in working hard. Authenticity and trust are at the core of what we do. On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Inputting of 40+ invoices daily to ensure records and payments are up to date
• Various reconciliations and analysis to support the finance function
• Foreign exchange adjustments, and reconcile against month end reports
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and various month-end tasks accounting tasks
• Respond to customer email inquiries
• Ensure all deposits are recorded in the accounting system by reconciling against
• Assist finance team as requests ad-hoc – working as one team

Who Are You?

• Team Player and Problem Solver
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high quality of work
• Post secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration is an asset (or working towards)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft OfficeSuite and QuickBooks
