DOZR Looking for Sales Administrative Assistant at Kitchener, ON Full Time

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a Sales Administrative Assistant you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Support the Inside Sales team with administrative support on all things system and documentation related
• Pulling and generating reports that will be distributed to executive leadership team
• Proactively identify key sales tasks which require immediate action, and delegate accordingly using order tracking system (click-up).
• Generate documentation & data needed by management for sales reporting and analysis.
• Provide direct assistance to sales leadership to help manage the day to day of the sales department.
• Other Administrative Duties as needed.

• Experience working in a sales administrative capacity with a strong focus on reporting and data analytics
• Previous use of CRM’s like salesforce is an asset but not required.
• Experience using Project Management Software (Click-up) is an asset.
• Process and Detail Oriented.
• Outstanding and Organizational and Time Management Skills.
