About the role

1. Lead, develop, manage, and champion Draeger’s Clinical Education strategy in line with overall business strategy

2. Support Sales and Marketing Management Work with key opinion leader development in the UK & Ireland, in line with marketing plans

3. Ensure our strategy aligns to Draeger’s global clinical education strategy, localise and embed into team planning through the commercial planning process.

4. Liaise with relevant functions to understand the developing needs of our customers and their markets and ensure we are able to deliver against them and maximise our growth, sales and profit opportunities

5. Work closely with other Draeger countries to find areas of best practise and apply to UK & Ireland as appropriate

6. Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes and reporting relating to clinical education programmes

7. Develop wide variety of clinical educational offerings for the Draeger customer by providing value and ensuring differentiation from the competition.

8. Ensure all relevant people within our organisation are properly trained to effectively deliver clinical education programmes as appropriate

9. Provide regular and informed updates to the Commercial Leadership Team and relevant department heads

10. Ensure clinical education programmes are effectively managed and monitored; and design and report appropriate KPIs

11. Ensure continuous check and improvement of internal processes and procedures in accordance with the Dräger global process house, to facilitate work and ensure the quality of output

12. Work with Clinical Team Leads to develop annualised educational program that will be certified in line with global academy standards.

Your Qualifications

• A degree or MBA in a business-related field is desirable but not essential

• Qualifications in clinical education or related field is desirable but not essential

• Clinical Education background or experience designing, establishing and managing a clinical education program strongly preferred

• Commercial experience

• Be able to work across functions and build relationships

• To be able to use own initiative and be pro active

• Enabling others, be inclusive and empower others

• Have an attitude of celebrating success

• Have clear and concise communication skills

• Be able to develop and build business growth plans
