Dream Assurance Hiring for Customer Service / Office Representative at Wood River, IL Full Time

We are a growing insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with a bonus opportunity to sell insurance policies.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so you must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses by selling insurance policies to new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Resolving client issues and providing solutions to their insurance needs
• Cross-selling insurance policies to existing clients and selling policies to new clients
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Staying up-to-date on our insurance products and industry trends
• Keeping Agency systems and records up to date

Qualities to help you stand out:

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs
