Payroll Benefits Assistant

As a payroll benefits assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Entering Payroll Hours for all locations (w/incentives)
  Payroll Hours Spreadsheet
• Pull all Payroll summaries and save payroll files for conversion.
  Submit any pending E-Verify forms from Monday and Tuesday
• Receive and sort paystubs by location and disseminate
• Print paystubs
• Assist in Enrolling Employees into Benefits (Cigna, EyeMed, Guardian)
• FILE HR Paperwork, Payroll Reports
  Complete W2 Cost of Health Insurance Spreadsheet
• Complete E-Verify

Preferred Qualifications:

• Payroll benefits experience
