Position Overview
The part-time Broista position is primarily responsible for the creation of Dutch Bros drinks while following the set guidelines and vision of the company. Providing excellent customer service at all times, proving that we are a People company serving coffee not a Coffee company, serving people.
Key Result Area (KRA)
Provide all customers with a “moment of special”
- Drinks should be made and served in-line with DB standards and be exactly what the customer ordered
- Engage customers and welcome them to THEIR moment of special! Greet and thank every customer with a smile
- Ask and educate; get the customer exactly what they want by providing them the opportunity to learn about our menu, products, and current specials
- Be ready to serve the customer Show up on time, following DB appearance guidelines, and ready to rock
- Maintain an excellent atmosphere for the customer Keep the music appropriate (in content and volume), and keep the shop sparkling clean
- Be a good teammate Attend mandatory meetings, know your resources, and adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook

Job Qualifications

- Be able to work variable shifts according to availability
- Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts
- Prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required based on state/local regulations.
- Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, trainings, and knowledge tests under the Dutch Bros required standards for company policies, and federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Physical Requirements
- Constant standing/walking, up to 10 hours at a time
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Occasional ascending or descending on ladders and ramps
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- Constant cash handling requiring mental math
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
Compensation:
$15.00 + tips
