Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business Development in EMS for North America OEM customers

Collaborate with PRC plants, implement and manage the new product development program from initial stage to mass production stage;

A natural leader with excellent communication and good customer-facing skills, constantly and proactively checking on teams required to contribute towards an on-schedule, within-budget and to-specifications delivery;

Lead project team and be the primary contact to communicate with customers in providing timely responses, support, and services;

Requirements:

Degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent;

Good connections in North America OEM customers;

Rich experience in customer negotiation & interface;

Confident and good communication skills in English and Mandarin;

Minimum 3 years working experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries;

Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;

Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player;

Willing travel to our PRC plant after the pandemic
