Online/Phone Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, year-round role, on-site, eligible for benefits. In this role, you will use your proven phone, on-line and call center experience to provide superior customer service to our customers.

More Details

• Speak with customers to answer questions about products and services. Pro-actively resolve internet order issues.

• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and advise them appropriately as required by the situation.

• Respond quickly and politely to customer phone calls, pro-actively interact with our internet sales team.
• Chat on-line with customers to resolve issues and answer product questions.
• Multi-task successfully, juggle multiple tasks well in hectic environment.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma/GED required

• At least two years of related experience

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word

• Previous phone, online and call center experience preferred

• Strong customer service background

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good at multi-tasking in a busy environment

• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
