Eagle Creek Medical Clinic Looking for Medical Office Assistant at Victoria, BC Full Time
We are seeking an experienced, organized and energetic MOA to join In our team
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with patients (including Answering your phone)
- Scheduling patients
- Reception Duties
- Running exam room
- General office duties, as required
- private billings
- FaxTake
- Scanning documents
Candidate must be/have:
- Professional approach in dealing with patients and other medical professionals
- MOA experience
- Familiarity with OSCAR EMR and GP based Maternity care is an asset but not required
- Must be a proficient multi-tasker able to work in a busy setting
- Reliable & dependable
- Organized and efficient
Job Type: Full-time
