Eagle Property Management is now filling full time openings for our growing reservations team.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is detail oriented, geared in property knowledge & amenities packages, with knowledge of the area and all it has to offer and general knowledge in our vacation rental industry. Ideal candidates will be familiar with the processes & procedures of the daily operations within a property management business structure, and have the ability to multi-task with exceptional customer service & communication skills. This position will be very fitting for one that enjoys and takes great pride in their work, goal oriented and driven for success. Candidate must excel at making our guests vacation their number one priority with a personal & professional touch.
Job duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to – Phone/Email/Chat/Text communications, efficiency in data entry with accuracy, assisting guests with reservations processes, property selections, general knowledge of properties & operations ,maintaining a clean, safe working environment, daily monitoring of property status, guest check in/check out processing, assisting guests during stay, making reservations, payment processing, opening & closing of business daily, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates. Pay is determined by applicants skill set, relative experience & work history with opportunities for pay increases & growth within the company.
