Teacher of Maths – The Hastings Academy

We require an experienced Maths teacher to join our enthusiastic team where you will be influential in contributing to raising standards in the classroom from KS3 to KS4. The Maths team have raised attainment year on year and are committed to changing the life chances of our students.

We are currently recruiting for a fixed term English/Maths teacher role to add capacity to this core department in The Hastings Academy. The role may include teaching whole classes as well as delivering specific small group interventions in order to support learners and their progress within the English/Maths curriculum.
Since opening in 2011 The Hastings Academy has been on an exciting journey. Achieving a ‘Good’ Ofsted inspection in January 2018, joining now provides a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an ‘outstanding’ leadership team where parents have a high regard for the staff.
