KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Attending to HR-related queries from employees

• Support HRBPs on the daily BAU – including but not limited to the generation of offer letters, reports and letters

• Maintaining and updating employee information in Workday and e-personal files

• Conduct the weekly induction for new joiners where required

• Support the coordination of the quarterly new hire orientation

• Support the internship / graduate program where required

• Liaise with external vendor for relocation and immigration matters

• Responsible for raising PO and processing of HR invoices

• Assist in ad-hoc HR initiatives and HR Modernization

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent

• Strong communication, written, planning & organizational skills

• Self-motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly

• Prepared to challenge the status quo and make a change

• Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude in HR systems & technology is an advantage

• Tactful, professional, discerning and able to maintain confidentiality on all matters handled
