Position Summary:

Reporting to Financial Controller (Part-Timer), you will be responsible for the overall finance and accounting management.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform monthly reconciliation of AP, AR, Inventory sub-ledgers to GL and bank reconciliation

· Intercompany billing and reconciliation

· Prepare and review monthly financial report & schedule

· Completes and maintains general ledgers and financial reports

· Maintain Fixed asset register & inventory report

· Prepare and review GST return

· Providing financial information and support to other department

· Assist in performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting

· Liaise with corporate professional, eg legal, audit, tax, secretarial, etc

· Ad hoc assignment

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Min Diploma in accountancy or equivalent

· Consolidation experience will be a plus.

· Must be able to make independent decisions.

· Must be able to read and interpret reports, journals, financial statements, etc.

· Must be proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word and Excel.

· Experience in ERP system is an advantage.

· Prior experience in construction or design field would have an advantage
