Eden’s Education Team is looking for engaging and effective environmental educators to join our team of brilliant teachers. In response to Eden’s Mission, Eden’s programmes for schools are designed to inspire, motivate and equip children and young people to create, and thrive in, a better future.

You will be responsible for the delivery of our mission-inspired and curriculum-related education programmes both on site and online, and will be an experienced practitioner of outstanding teaching and learning in, and out of, the classroom to primary and/or secondary-aged learners. As well as relevant subject knowledge, our flexible and enthusiastic teaching team are highly skilled at engaging with young people and their teachers about Eden and its mission, adapting their style and approach to suit their audience.

The work will be term-time only on an as-required basis – booked in advance and with a mixture of half and full days. We appreciate that this style of flexible working isn’t appropriate for everyone, so please make it clear in your application how it suits you.

The role is subject to a DBS check, the cost of which will be met by the Eden Project.
