Job title: Youth Routeways Employment Opportunity Adviser
Location: Various across the Leeds City Region (Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield, Craven, Harrogate, Selby, York)
We are inviting applications from experienced advisers (ideally experienced in supporting NEET Young People) to deliver high quality support as part of the £2.5m+ Youth Routeways Project in the Leeds City Region, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
The Employment Opportunity Adviser will be directly delivering the interventions of the Youth Routeways Project to support the sustainable participation of young people (15-24) who are NEET into employment and training through effective employer-focussed interventions (e.g., awareness raising, visits and work experience). Developing and maintaining excellent collaborative relations with local Youth and NEET providers and employers will be an integral aspect of the role.
We are seeking proactive candidates who can effectively establish working relationships with local NEET providers, are confident in engaging with employers to broker opportunities for young people, believe in exceeding client and beneficiaries’ needs and are committed to achieving high quality outcomes and ‘changing lives’.
