Job Title: Partnerships & Recruitment Manager
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
Location: Homebased with occasional travel to visit Delivery Partners and attend team meetings in Reading.
We are currently seeking a Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to act as the account manager for Education Development Trust’s Delivery Partner network (Teaching School Hubs, other schools and organisations).
The Partnerships and Recruitment Manager is crucial in creating and managing new and existing partnerships across the education sector. Working across Teaching School Hubs, Multi- Academy Trusts, and other educational organisations; this role will ensure partnerships are creating value for both partners and Education Development Trust. In addition, this role will help partners tackle any challenges that they may face within the programmes.
The role will suit someone credible with educational organisations, a natural relationship builder and someone comfortable working to targets.
