EESG Custom Apparel Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Mattituck, NY Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our team. This is a hands on position providing support to our sales, production, and most importantly our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with order inquiries, order pick-up, and retail purchases
• Answer phone calls providing information when possible or re-directing to appropriate team member
• Assist Sales – draft quotes, invoices, and sales documents.
• Assist Production – proofing, shipping/receiving, customer correspondence
• Assist Marketing – social media, blog & email marketing
• Basic bookkeeping duties
• Perform other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work well with a team or individually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Technology Qualifications:

• (MUST) Tech Savvy – Ability to learn new software & applications.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
