EIMS Looking for Business Unit Director at Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand and if you are outside Auckland, you will be required to relocate once successful (relocation package is included)

As a Business Unit Director, you are managing our Auckland office reporting directly to the VP of Global Operations, responsible for the business growth strategy, PnL, both commercial and operational side.

You will have 2 main LOBs – a delivery team including an Ops Manager, and Team Leads with 80+ reps across lead generation, inside sales, and channel sales programs. And a commercial team including a Client Services Director and Account Managers responsible for client relationships.

You will be hands-on supporting talent recruitment and development, building a culture of excellence and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+years of management experience in a sales & marketing agency working with the tech space
• Ideally with a specialism for managing and selling Lead Generation, Inside Sales or Digital programs
• Exposure to Board level/VP-level meetings
