• An assistant Team Manager is responsible for managing, leading, and coaching a team of B2B outbound telesales consultants. You will be guided by a Senior Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo Fast-Track Team Management training
• In the first few months, you will be assisting our Senior Team Managers to develop a team of B2B Sales Development Representatives.
• You will also be responsible for generating B2B sales leads for our respective tech clients along with your team.
• Drive the overall performance of your team.
• Work closely with the leadership team (EIMS and our partner’s end) to develop strategic objectives to enhance your client’s ROI.
• Contribute to any cultural event planning.
• Execute sales planning tools and ideas with your team.

To be successful, you will need

• Minimum 1 year of B2B Outbound Tele-sales experience
• Experience in managing/assisting a team of B2B outbound tele-sales reps would be a PLUS!
