About the Role

We are looking for someone with some experience in Procurement and Operations Support.You will be responsible to support Procurement and Stores functions relating to Electrix depots and a client warehouse. This involves process development and control, client Supply Chain relationship development, problem solving and reporting.

The successful candidate will report to the Stores Coordinator and will focus on key responsibilities:

• Operate, develop and maintain Stock Reordering processes to mitigate stockout risk and control material lifecycles (introduction/deletion) within operational capabilities/constraints and targets.
• Support client warehouse processes and systems to ensure stock integrity, operational effectiveness and security.
• Maintain system purchase price integrity.
• Review purchase order invoice variances, determine relevant actions and advise accordingly.
• Regular communication with client regarding returned assets and stock.
• Ensure returnables and disposals are effectively controlled.
• Monitor and control system purchase order integrity e.g. Price, Delivery Date.
• Support development and control of effective Stock Integrity processes e.g. Cycle Counts, Stocktakes.
• Support training of staff in processes and operational equipment e.g. forkhoist.
• Provide Forkhoist Site Inductions.
• Conduct Depot Audits.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling Stores workloads.
• Provide backup for Stores Coordinator functions.

 About you
