Job Duties:

Elegantthemes is looking for a Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Care Specialist to join our Elmhurst team, The CCS will be responsible for daily general correspondence, answering incoming phone calls, and ensuring customer requests are completed. Sales Support duties include working with Account Managers to meet the needs of customers, including administrative tasks, maintaining information for customer files, maintaining marketing material, corresponding with customers on billing related issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience

• Minimum of 1-year Escalated Customer Service experience

• Ability to communicate effectively in English is a requirement.

• Excellent written & verbal skills.

• Moderate to advanced computer skills; navigating multiple online applications.

• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to effectively multi-task.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications

• Previous experience working from home. (preferred)

Skills needed:

• Excellent communication skills (both with customer and colleagues)
• A thick skin when dealing with difficult customers
• Ability to not get overwhelmed when presented with high support volumes
• Ability to quickly pick up and retain information about acronyms and industry jargon related to continuing education

Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time

Pay: $23.40- $30.60 per hour
