Job Details:

The eleMED™ non-emergency Medical Dispatcher is an office-based (Totowa, NJ) position that works as the intermediary between our patients and their healthcare providers / drivers ensuring that our drivers arrive on time for scheduled medical visits and making it possible to provide the necessary care our patients require.

Requirements:

· The position requires customer service skills and technical skills including the use of proprietary dispatch software via our sophisticated, geo-centric APP.

· The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

· Responsibilities will be trained through online training courses along with real time on the job training.

· 12 Hour Shifts according to standard Pittman Schedule

· Weekend availability

· Work Location: Office Based Phone Center in Totowa, NJ
