Location: Hybrid virtual. Must live within reasonable distance to an Elevance office and be able to work in-office 1-2x per week. Must be willing to work EST hours.
Marketing Manager
We are looking to hire a self-directed, strategic, and creative marketing professional to develop and implement integrated member/customer engagement marketing campaigns that deepen relationships and align with business and customer satisfaction goals. Must be comfortable working with data and analyzing, reporting, and optimizing campaign results. The successful candidate sees opportunity and thrives in a rapidly changing and at times ambiguous environment.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Build integrated and targeted B2C (business to consumer) marketing plans to drive customer engagement.
Develop, execute, track, and optimize integrated multichannel marketing campaigns consisting of direct mail, social/paid digital advertising, text, push, outbound telemarketing, member facing collateral, video, print materials, etc.
Lead development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
Collaborate with operations to include promotional messages in operational communications to members.
Coordinate the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. Provide leadership and direction to marketing support, creative staff, and external partners.
Recommend, implement, collect, interpret, and report on status and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
Track, analyze, and manage metrics and resources to execute projects within timeframes, budgets, and quality measures.
Analyze results and make changes to execution plans for improved campaign performance and ROI.
Serve as a single point of contact on campaign issues and resolution.
Identify “moments that matter” in member journey and make recommendations for ways to use marketing and communications to alleviate pain points.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy benefits experience preferred. This experience can be either managing employee benefits for a large company, or with a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM).
Experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Customer experience (CX) and journey mapping experience.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as partnering, project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
