About usElite Hair Care USA is a hair care product manufacturer and distributor serving clients worldwide.Elite Hair Care USA is currently seeking an individual for our executive assistant/ customer service position.Responsibilities

• Answering phones for customer service

• Assisting Office Manager & CEO
• Handling all email correspondence
• Ordering of supplies
• Accounts Payable and Receivables

Requirements:

• Must have proficient knowledge of Quickbooks
• Must have knowledge and be proficient with Excel (creating spreadsheets and using spreadsheets)
• Must have at least 2 years customer service experience
• Knowledge of ethnic/textured hair care (not required but favorable)
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to work alone when needed but also be a great team player
• Must be available without restraint Monday-Friday 8a-5p
