General Duties
· Oversee customer accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
· Maintain customer accounts ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
· Manage and exceed customer expectations and ensure prompt follow through and thorough communication
· Work with various departments and team members in order to ensure customer’s orders and needs are fulfilled expeditiously
