About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be joining one of our cross-functional Scrum teams and playing a key role in the development of our SaaS platform.
Joining this team you will be responsible for designing, engineering and evolving a state of the art architecture and technology stack for our Learning product, a key member of our Engage & Develop Family.
Our tech stack
In our R&D division, you will get exposure to a broad range of modern technologies.
In this team, our tech stack includes PHP, Laravel, React.js, AWS.
What your day to day will look like:

• As part of a Scrum team, you will contribute to all the phases of the development lifecycle, by troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining our software solutions
• You will write clean, high-scalable, and testable code
• We are founded on customer feedback: you will develop and deploy new features our customers are asking for
• You will contribute to our engineering culture by engaging in technical discussion and following industry best practices

What we would like to see you bring to the team:

• Knowledge of PHP and MVC frameworks (Symfony, Laravel)
• Experience in Relational Database Management Systems (Preferably MySQL)
• Experience in modern Javascript frameworks is a bonus
• Experience in an Agile environment
• AWS: Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3
• Experience with automated testing and focus on industry best practices (CI/CD, design patterns, SOLID principles)
