The position requires atleast 8-10 years of Construction Project Management experience, preferablyworking for a Mechanical Contractor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of allaspects of the project;Manages the overall operations of the project including Field labor andproductivity, scope management, construction schedule, clientrelations, job cost management, cost control of the project, schedule ofvalues, change order management, compliance with project specifications,and the performance of daily operations;Preparing monthly financial forecasts and updates;Enforces UMEC Safety Program and coordinates with Safety Director to ensureproper site safety practices and procedures are followed;Coordinates purchase of necessary materials, equipment, rentals, andservices with purchasing department;Responsible for ensuring complete and proper processing of all projectcorrespondence, records, reports, etc. and timely submission;Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans,and programs;Responsible for directing and overseeing the work activities of their directreportsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily.
