We are currently seeking an Admin Manager who can start immediately and make a positive contribution to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys building and maintaining strong working relationships.

The main purpose of this position is to lead, manage, and coordinate all support services, including general administration, reception, bookings, finance and accounts, debtors and creditors, medical record management, management of relevant contracts, and outsourced services. The primary objective is to ensure that the delivery of services is patient-focused, profitable, efficient, effective, and renowned for quality.

Your role will be to assist the General Manager in achieving business objectives by implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes. You will actively manage support service and contracted services provision costs to help the business achieve its financial goals.

Experience And Skills Required

• At least 5 years’ experience and ability in Administration management
• Experience and strength in customer service or financial management & managing teams
• Experience in working in the healthcare industry is ideal but not essential
