Emergent Ltd NZ Looking for Administrator/Receptionist at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

An exciting permanent opportunity to be the face of a centrally-based medical facility. Our client is looking for an experienced receptionist who is proactive, engaging and regards themself as tech-savvy. If you have recent reception experience and you are looking to work with a collaborative team, then look no further.

This permanent position starts in January and works on a rotational shift over a 4 week period, below are the shift patterns.

• Shift 1 – General reception tasks 6:00 – 14:30 (Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday)
• Shift 2 – Admin Support 7:30 – 16:00 / 8:00 – 16:30 / 8:30-17:00 (Monday to Friday) (Flexible during the day shift)
• Shift 3 – Admin Support 11:30 – 20:00 (Monday to Friday)

To be successful within these outstanding businesses you will need:

• Office experience in Reception or Administration
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• MS Office skills
• Organisational & time management abilities
• Happy with the shift pattern
