As the part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key leadership role in managing and overseeing the corporate services portfolio, including finance, people & culture, ICT/Digital, procurement/fleet management, and business insights & compliance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization, while also driving the successful delivery of several ICT projects and operational transformation that are pivotal to the business growth and modernization.
Key Responsibilities Include
Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial management and oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with all relevant regulations.
ICT Delivery: Oversee the delivery of key ICT projects and a Digital roadmap, working closely with the teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Whilst ensuring systems integrity and best practice governance of new infrastructure and cyber security.
People Leadership: Lead, mentor and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement; someone who has a passion for developing high performing teams.
Change Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership team to align organisational values and culture, and lead change management initiatives to support adaptation and growth.
Insights & Compliance: Provide data-driven insights on the organisation’s opportunities, effectiveness, and performance.
About You
You will be a talented leader with proven experience in a financial management, have a strong commitment to people & culture, bring expertise in leading digital teams/projects and exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, or a business-related field would be preferred.
