We’re currently searching for a highly organized and efficient candidate who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who prioritizes the detail of getting the task done correctly the first time and is willing to grow and learn from those in the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Processing orders for the E-Commerce channel; including order packaging and shipping
• Pick items for customer orders accurately and quickly; meeting our top-quality standard service and required shipping time standards
• Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct order
• Properly prepare, pack and sort customer orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner.
• Properly use equipment while following safety best practices.
• Maintain E-Commerce customer relationships by helping to process client transactions.
• Contribute to the implementation of systems for increasing E-Commerce customer retention alongside other E-Commerce and retail team members.
• Receiving inventory and maintaining fulfillment supplies
• Log inventory received and add new inventory into the Order Management System
• Maintain accurate product inventory count by conducting monthly audits
• Maintain oversight of inventory levels; including ensuring product availability and proactively reporting low levels to Operations Manager for over sell prevention
• Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area clean and organized fulfillment environment
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and follow a multi-step process

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.64 – $27.51 per hour
