In need of a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk in the city of Torrance!

This is a Long-Term position with a part-time schedule

Schedule: Monday to Thursday; 9 AM – 3:30 PM (Flexible with the schedule)

Salary: $18 – $20 hourly rate Depending on Exp. Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities Include the following:

• Responsible for transferring data from paper format into computer files or database systems
• Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
• Filing and organizing documents
• Having proficient phone and email etiquette
• Providing Customer Support
• Bilinigual is a big plus (English and Spanish)
• Providing office support
• Working with Microsoft office programs like Excel and Outlook
• Having a great attitude
