The position

As a Software Engineer At Tic:Toc, you’ll be focussing on the development of high impact areas of our business products including web, integration and credit decisioning platforms.

You’ll be responsible for software analysis, design, development, documentation, defect resolution and implementation of the components for the next generation of our world-leading software applications and platforms (SaaS and PaaS products). You’ll do all of this whilst adhering to the latest development standards and best practices of the agile world.

The successful candidate

Here’s some of things we’d like you to bring:

• Experience and expertise working in software development, with a focus on solution design and frameworks.
• Strong development experience with .NET core, C#, MVC, dependency injection.
• Understanding of SOA with knowledge of integration technologies like JSON, RESTful, GraphQL, XML, SOAP, XSLT, web APIs and web services.
• Experience with Postman or similar tools would be beneficial.
• Strong skills in the full software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge.
• Experience working within an AWS environment including an understanding of serverless services.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience with agile tracking and knowledgebase tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using Git/Gitlab for source control.
