About The Role

We’re entering our next phase of growth! As one of our Talent Acquisition Sourcers, you’ll play a critical role in finding and engaging new talent for Employment Hero.

You’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing for new talent, working closely with inbound applicants, and coordinating key stages of the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source for passive talent via a mix of traditional channels, like LinkedIn Recruiter, and some much more experimental ones!
• Build strong relationships with our Talent Acquisition Specialists, helping them to find and engage the best possible talent for their portfolios
• Be a storyteller, promoting our mission, vision and unique EVP
• Work closely with applicants, guiding them through key stages in the hiring process and ensuring they’re supported every step of the way
• Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments
• Carry out reference and background checks
• Contribute to key projects within the P&C function – from EVP campaigns to driving operational efficiencies!

What We Need From You

• You have previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Talent Acquisition Coordinator role
• You’re a confident user of LinkedIn Recruiter
• You have previous experience working with a relevant Applicant Tracking System (Employment Hero, Workable, etc.)
• You thrive in a high-volume, high-velocity environment and have a major sense of urgency
• You’re a clear, confident communicator and can partner with senior leaders
• You’re passionate about candidate experience and know how to deliver amazing service
