You Will

• General office upkeep, including but not limited to; conference rooms (stocking and resetting), common lounge areas, and supply stations (stocking daily)
• Assists with office supply and snack procurement (via Costco, Amazon, ULINE, etc)
• Office furniture inventory tracking
• Work with janitorial staff on tracking supplies for purchase (pantry/toiletries)
• Main point of contact for office supply and facilities fulfillment requests via Zendesk
• Invoicing on behalf of Facilities Director (knowledge of Concur a plus)
• Main point of contact for vendors on West Campus – check in vendors and alert facilities team
• Assist with New Hire onboarding (updating seating chart, new hire desk set-up, new hire orientation)
• Assist with event setup/breakdown (as needed)
• Cover reception/mailroom (as needed)
• Building/moving furniture (as needed)

• Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with G-Suite
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with patience and professionalism
• Previous experience in office administration is a plus
