We are looking for a talented Receptionist to join our team! In this position you will provide exceptional service through agility in ownership and support of guest relations and front desk coordination. You will be the first point of contact and an Enbridge ambassador, by promoting our core values, reputation and brand.
What you will do
Welcome clients to corporate office -register-navigate and connect with respective host.
Use available tools and resources directing phone inquiries appropriately and timely.
Adhere to organization security standards maintain office safety, granting access to Enbridge spaces, issue visitor badges, access cards and identification badges.
Offer concierge services: assist with transportation, hotel and restaurant options for guests.
Manage floor TWO: assist with meeting rooms/calendars, special events, beverages, catering, and Wi-Fi services.
Complete Service Now requests such as activate/deactivate assigned building security access cards, audit vendor offboards, ID badges, First Aid requests.
Update office/building locations to staff profiles for onboard and office moves.
Follow current written procedures and the development of new initiatives or processes. Other functions as assigned to support and assist continual improvement
Ensure lobby areas are kept safe and tidy, report maintenance issues to appropriate areas.
Maintain friendly professional composure with all client interactions.
Who you are
You have the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience delivering excellent front line customer service within a stimulating professional office environment.
Demonstrate highly effective customer service skills, including appropriate telephone and email etiquette, diplomacy and demonstrated bias for action/sense of urgency.
Basic understanding of common office software (ie Outlook, Excel, Word) and equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, technical and organizational skills.
Vibrant personality with the ability to remain agile and resilient comforting to ever changing work environment.
Superior interpersonal and relationship skills to deal tactfully, discreetly, and effectively with team and all levels within the Organization.
Proven ability to demonstrate composure, professionalism, and polish at all times.
Ability to work independently and as a valued team member.
Value discretion while endorsing and maintaining confidentiality across the corporation.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Experience with Company access card system (ie. Lenel) is considered an asset
Basic experience with SharePoint and cloud-based applications such as Workday is considered an asset.
