DENTAL RECEPTIONIST/TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Our office is looking for a treatment coordinator who can also work the front desk with the manager. If you have experience working with patients on treatment discussions, financial arrangements, and appointment scheduling we would like to meet you. We take pride in delivering optimum service to each patient and need your expertise in making this happen. We are located in Encino and offer the following benefits:

4 to 5 Day Work Week

Flexibility to work from home (on selective days)

Job Duties:

Financial arrangements, Case presentation.

Organize office operations and procedures, scheduling, sorting and sending emails, answering and routing phone calls, closing treatment plans

Knowledge of Insurance claim processing, AP/AR. End of the month reporting. Aging reports.

Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers

Computer Savvy is a must, you will be provided with full training and support with our cloud base dentrix.

Training other employees.

Perform duties to promote patient retentions, relation building, conflict resolution.

Practice team building

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
• Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
