Encompass Care Hiring for Mental Health Medication Assistant and General Office Assistant Job at Lincoln, NE Full Time

Requirements: Medical assistant or LPN

Preferences: Basic knowledge of mental health meds. Past office experience

Job Duties: Assisting Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with patient medication needs. Answering nurse phone line and triaging calls. Setting up medication refills for NP to send to pharmacy. Completing medication prior authorizations for insurance. Assisting with letters and other paperwork related to patient medication needs.

Back up for front office receptionists and overseeing overall office flow- managing schedule of 3 front office staff, ordering supplies, addressing or delegating all office tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
