Learning Support Assistants Required for Primary School in Wandsworth

About the role:

At Engage Education, we’ve specialised in recruiting Support staff for over a decade, so we know a bit about finding the ideal school for you. We’re currently looking for multiple EYFS and KS1 Learning support assistants to work full-time across a number of primary schools in Wandswoth.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality teaching assistants to work with these schools to positively impact the progress and attainment of their pupils.

Learning support assistants’ duties can include:

• Working 1:1 with SEND pupils and lower ability pupils.

• Providing intervention support

• Working closely with the SENCO to support individuals students needs

*The ideal applicant will have:

• Some experience of working with children or in a school

• Experience working with SEN in the past such as Autism, Asperges, ADHD, SEMH etc

• A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils

• Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
