The effective management of the organization’s financial operations is of utmost importance as it serves as a cornerstone for maintaining the company’s financial stability. This financial stability, in turn, underpins our ability to provide high-quality products, ensuring our customers continued satisfaction.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with sound experience in budgeting and forecasting to have key inputs into the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team and the wider company. You will need the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment and be rewarded with some great commercial exposure to our growing business!

Your day-to-day…

• Supporting long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly and live forecasting process
• Contribute to and create financial models and reports that can generate business insight through data analysis. Understands business levers and provides insights that drive decisions
• Reviewing key movements in performance and liaising with your key business partners to understand and explain key trends in business performance
• Assisting with the collation of internal reporting packs across the wider business
• Working across the business, develop, continuously improve, and automate report production using a variety of reporting tools and data sources
• Driving process improvement through the above activities by identifying potential efficiencies and opportunities for automation

You’re a match if you have…

• Formal qualifications in business/accounting/finance/analytics essential (e.g., Tertiary degree or equivalent completed)
• CA/CPA Completed
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Solutions-driven and analytical thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret financial results, identify trends & add value through commentary
• Ability to think through and solve complex problems
• Ability to deliver high customer service and develop and maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
• Effective written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage professionally and communicate at all levels of the business
• Demonstrate a robust comprehension of how financial decisions directly impact business results
