The Office Administrator is responsible for leading day to day administration activities in a small, fully remote company. We’re looking for someone who has broad experience in a small B2B business, is process-driven and who is comfortable working in a self-directed environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is adept at optimizing, creating, and socializing processes. They possess a desire to continually drive efficiency and have amazing follow-up skills. We’re looking for a quick learner who is adept at understanding a variety of business software platforms that are utilized for operations and HR.
We have a remarkable remote culture and are looking for a candidate that is eager to establish productive and fulfilling work relationships with staff and will promote our culture to new recruits. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities
o Assist Manager in all hiring needs of the company, including initial screening, scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and facilitating offer letters
o Participate in maintenance of Recruiterflow platform
o Lead onboarding process (forms, policies, signatures)
o Support employee benefits utilizing TriNet PEO platform
o Responsible for document collection and maintenance of personnel files for all employees
o Administer and help manage the annual employee review process
o Support quarterly goal tracking
o Manage PTO and company calendar
o With direction from Fractional CHRO make annual updated to Employee Handbook
o Maintain high standard of service and culture in all correspondence.
o Special projects as assigned.
o Assists with various administrative duties as assigned
o Manage document repository for all internal, legal, compliance
o Purchasing & tracking of employee supplies and expenditures
o Maintenance of BizOps email mailbox, supporting internal and external clients
Qualifications
· 5+ years’ of administrative experience
· 2+ years of Human Resources Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, primarily excel
· Experience with various HR systems, and PEO, TriNet highly desirable
· Approachable, friendly and passionate about connecting with employees of all levels
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work on time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
