We are a certified professional engineering firm headquartered in Chicago. EDI’s team of engineers and scientists offers a variety of environmental, engineering, industrial hygiene, and survey services to clients within the private and public sectors.

Daily tasks will include:

• Managing calendars, directing incoming correspondence and calls, and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
• Assisting with special projects, including handling A/P tasks, helping with data entry, and managing bank reconciliations
• Organizing fun events and all-staff activities
• Helping with ad-hoc tasks as required

This is currently an in-office role but will likely transition to a hybrid position once training is complete.
