EO Media Group Hiring for Call Center Representative at Remote Full Time

Join a great team focused on creating an excellent customer experience in a small but professional call center environment. Our customer service reps work together, assisting and building relationships with current and potential EO Media Group customers by phone, email, and chat.

What will you do?

• You will provide friendly, helpful, and award-winning service via phone, email, chat, and more.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities while providing accurate and professional support.
• Repeatedly analyze situations, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment that includes dealing with frustrated or angry callers.

Job Requirements:

• You’ll need to have the ability to manage your time wisely.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time while answering calls. Not intimidated by technology.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on customer interactions as necessary.
• Ability to handle a Call Center environment: work quickly and multi-task.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Plus but not required:

• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Knowledge of Slack
• Previous experience in any customer service/support setting is highly preferred.

Work From Home Requirements:

• Great internet.
• Quiet place to work, free from background noise or other distractions.
• Employees must live in Oregon or Idaho.

This is a fully remote position with virtual training. Our staff work 37.5 hour workweeks during Pacific Time Zone business hours and enjoy weekends off.
